Love Factory is a multipurpose event space, containing 6 usable areas spanning across 92,000 square feet. Suitable for a variety of events such as conferences, filming, exhibitions, music, food & drink events, corporate parties, and fashion shows.

We have exclusive venue partners who can cover all creative & production specifications alongside a list of mandatory suppliers which have to be used. In addition, we have a selection of fantastic preferred suppliers we would recommend to you. However, we appreciate that you may have preferred suppliers of your own, and this can be discussed further with your account manager.

All property left behind will be passed back to the event organiser, please contact them directly.

Yes, we have dedicated smoking areas which can be discussed with your Operations Manager for your event.

We are a dedicated private event space, meaning we are only available on an exclusive hire basis.

Operating hours are from 11 am – 11 pm, Monday to Sunday. However, we can consider an extension upon request.

Our maximum standing capacity for the site is 6,500.

Activations can start from as little as 250 people within areas of the site.
