LOVE FACTORY is the 11,300 square foot centrepiece providing a perfect warehouse setting for exhibitions, performing arts, conferences and music. MOTORWORKS offers an on-site blackbox studio aimed primarily at productions, whether that’s a catwalk show, brand activation, short film, video or feature shoot. With a backdrop of Manchester’s skyline, COURTYARD is the place for food festivals and open air parties. The adjoining SCRAPYARD, plucked straight from a movie set wasteland, is nestled beneath some of the north’s busiest railway lines, and significantly expands outdoor capacity. The iconic WATCHTOWER, a mysterious vertical bunker, looks out across the lot. Tomorrow it might be a VIP terrace, elevated DJ booth, or dark kitchen.
